How do I customize my document?

You can customize a Posterino document to a large degree. Basically there are two ways to customize your document: The options and styles on the Effects panel, to change a frame or image filter setting fast and easily and the Adjust panel for a fine-grained control of every single layer property available.

Using the Effects panel:

  1. Open the Effects panel by choosing View > Show Effects (Command-Shift-E) from the main menu or just click on the Effects tab, if the panel is not already visible. The Effects panel will appear on the right of your document window:

  2. The Effects panel will show options and styles meaningful for the currently selected graphic object:

  3. Or, if no graphic object is selected, the panel will show layout options and background styles:

  4. You can apply an effect by clicking on it's icon or name in the effects browser.

Using the Adjust panel:

  1. Open the Adjust panel by choosing View > Show Inspector (Command-Shift-I) from the main menu or just click on the Adjust tab, if the panel is not already visible. The Adjust panel will appear on the right of your document window:

  2. The Adjust panel will show all properties of all layers of the currently selected graphic object:

  3. Or, if no graphic object is selected, it will show all properties of all layers of the document background:

  4. You can change the layers and properties by altering the values displayed on the panel.
