Moving a graphic object

Moving a graphic object is the same procedure wether you like to move an image, a text box, a calendar or any other object.

If you just like to change or swap the position of a graphic object, the procedure described in How do I swap images? may be more appropriate for your task.

To move a graphic object:

Make sure you are in Square-Grid or Manual layout.

Move the mouse pointer over the graphic object you like to move. The yellow frame manipulation handles will appear:

Grab any visible part of the graphic object and move it to a new location:

Move an image frame.

The different handle colors indicate different purposes:

Use the yellow handles to size the frame.
Use the green handle to rotate the frame. Some layouts don't allow rotation.
