Rotating a graphic object is the same procedure wether you like to move an image, a text box, a calendar or any other object.
To rotate a graphic object:
Move the mouse pointer over the graphic object you like to rotate. The frame manipulation handles appear:

You can also use the
fields on the panel on the tab to control the image and frame rotation:The rotation process will not stop when you move the mouse pointer away from the center of the graphic object (while still pressing the mouse button). You may increase the rotation precision by moving the mouse pointer on a larger radius.
